Introduction:

All children have their own developmental Milestones that help them shape a personality, Learning Desire, Communication Skills and Appreciation to life. A child with special needs need not have disabilities in the complete learning process and at the same time a normal child may also address behavioural alterations in certain areas.
A child is a child, whether Normal or Special or having Psychological Blocks or needing Assistance in Learning. Therefore, as a teacher / parent, we need to familiarize ourselves on Scientific Identification, Observation and Understanding the Psychological needs in the Learning Process. This Special course shall be of a great assistance to explore, understand & execute the challenges faced in the day to day life.

  • Day 1 :
Theme: Characteristics  of Effective preschool Teachers
            Aim :     To help teachers identify the 12 characteristics and imbibe the same in the role of a teacher                            or themselves.
  • Day 2:
Theme: Identifying and providing for children with special needs
          Aim:     To help teachers identify, by keen observation skills, recording, and Planning for the child                               identified.
  • Day 3:
Theme: Putting planning into practice
         Aim:  Implementation of planned activities and, counseling skills to talk to  parents. Profiling of skills                        of a child to record progress.
